Dude, it’s almost 60% of Southwest flights today and the day isn’t over. I don’t remember any airline ever coming close to that.
Luckily for us all in this business, the flying public’s memory is shorter than a gnat. Lots of “I’ll never fly them again” quotes in the news, but when it somes time to book it’s all about the price baby.
