The concerning part is that this has been cumulative and building. They’re too arrogant in DAL to realize just how inept they are. That is the concerning part of this, not the meltdown in particular but rather the trajectory of this company.
Im not saying this isn’t bad, but it’s not unprecedented like you’re saying. Check the link I provided above. Spirit did this exact thing in summer 2021.
