Default What does APL U/S mean LIDOs.
So I'm very new to these LIDO charts, and I noticed something unusual on the ILS 18C for KMEM. Under the minimums section, there is the header:

LLZ DME/RAD
APL U/S

What does the APL U/S note mean? Any help is greatly appreciated.
