The best technique is for one pilot in the lounge to get scheduling on the phone and then just keep passing the phone around to anyone who wants to talk to scheduling. It’s absurd.
I read on the SWAPA Forum that they tried that in one of the lounges and when the Pilot talking with Scheduling went to pass the phone the Scheduler said everyone had to call individually and hung up.
