I wouldn't worry about it too much. You've been at that particular airline 13+ years, they know you have enough. I bet they don't even ask you about it. Just take a certain percentage (be conservative), and throw on there. They might ask how you came up with that number, but I don't think they will. If they do, a simple explanation should do.
