you are probably right, it’s not a cash over cap….I usually hit the personal contribution cap of 20.5k in Oct then that after tax deduction just stays in my paycheck…nice little pay bump at the end of the year. I haven’t quite made enough to hit the combined max with the company’s 16% DC yet…also I’m a NB FO
