The culture has changed. We have one year captains. Thousands of new hires. The old ways of pay your dues blah blah…you deserve to be furloughed…blah blah are behind us. I think we are more united than before. We dont eat our own. Anne’s Me me me mentality is dying year by year. The pandemic LOA was a great thing for all.
