wow that might throw up a flag. make sure you proof read before sending stuff in, especially when sending to multiple airlines, it's easy for stuff like that to happen, double check everything.
I filled out the online app. for expressjet a while back when I had 700 TT with 135 Multi and received the same email, so I filled it out and sent it back. about 2 weeks later I received another saying that they were not interested.
