That place used to be a blast and always packed!
Great restaurants and bars up in Mt. Adams, an array of condo's on the river downtown, huge homes with big yards on the Kentucky side or north of downtown. Rolling hills, Lexington and Louisville and hours drive away, with country in between, great for riding motorcycles. One of the best zoo's in America downtown (better than the SAN zoo IMO). Reds/Bengals games on the river downtown. King's Island amusement park used to be pretty fun until 2020 when the BLM'ers took it over for a time. It's also cheap to live so you don't have to all shop at the same Costco for your groceries. ( think it's called variety?) Oh, and a terminal with actual real food in it for those commutes/DH's.
Other than having no beaches, fewer Tacomas and midwest winters, CVG isn't a bad place. I've never seen a homeless camp or burnt out car there soooooo.......there is that.
