Pay used to be much higher there but like I said I transitioned away to a smaller role so I can fly too. The place consumed me and I like flying because it is not as intensive. Maybe I am just getting lazy but I have realized the stress isn't worth it, especially with my house being paid off and I still DCA into the market each month.
