Default California > Nevada tax questions

We are moving from CA to NV this spring and have a few questions.

1. Anyone have a good lead for a CPA in Reno?

2. Assuming I'll be establishing residency in NV by March, can I go ahead and stop CA withholding right away? As I understand it, as a pilot living in NV but based in CA, as long as I'm a NV resident for >183 days of the year, I won't owe CA any state taxes for the whole year. Is that correct?

3. Anything else I should be thinking of with the move? I know I'll need to let the CA Franchise Tax Board know about our change of address. Any other gotchas to avoid CA coming after me for their blood money?

Edits: I'm aware to avoid CA taxes greater than 50% of flying must be out of state. I also understand other sources of income (military pension, spouse income, etc.) will be taxed by CA for the time we are still there.

Thanks in advance.
