They did answer in the interview recently I had, they said they aren't sure how it will work exactly yet mainly because that is being sorted with Amazon since the flying depends on Amazon. It sounds like you will live where you want near a major airport and they will positive space you to pick up your aircraft and then positive space you back when complete. CVG certainly one of the locations that will be flown from, probably the main one, but may be others depending on where you pick up the airplane. The A330Fs will not have a crew rest area so will be limited by time vice aircraft range so does not sound like anything further than HNL from the mainland, sounds like mainly domestic flying. Still a bunch of unknowns on the HAL side as they work the details with Amazon. My ear is to the ground.
There is more to this than just “rest facilities”. The FAA defines levels of rest and operation based on crews and facilities. An example, an augmented crew on a 767 at FedEx with just an extra JS can operate 12 hours. Even more if you add 1 more member.
