There is more to this than just “rest facilities”. The FAA defines levels of rest and operation based on crews and facilities. An example, an augmented crew on a 767 at FedEx with just an extra JS can operate 12 hours. Even more if you add 1 more member.
Does FedEX operate using 117 rules? Hawaiians frieght operation will be operated using our passenger ops rest rules. From what I heard the first couple of 330F aircraft won’t have a crew rest facility, but the rest most likely will.
