I don’t remember cost exactly. It was like $90/paycheck for my HDHP. To me not as good as I was hoping, but whatever, about $30 more than my last job for the same plan and coverage. Family was more of course. One I didn’t know (till I got on boarding paperwork a week before class) is the working spouse surcharge. Not an issue for me, at least for now, but basically you pay $$$ if your spouse is on your plan but could have purchased insurance through their employer (unemployed spouse doesn’t get the charge of course). I think $275 a month. I think family was like $250/paycheck for HDHP. PPO was about double.
