The only and I mean ONLY thing that will get a new contract is empty classes and no applications. And that's after management has many discussions amongst themselves on if they actually need to have 225 planes. Absolutely no reason for them to negotiate with the pilot group if they don't need butts in seats.
F9 is currently hiring pilots with 1250 hrs total and 50 hrs multi. The CBA will not be re visited until those applicants run dry…Or it becomes a safety issue.
