There is more to this than just “rest facilities”. The FAA defines levels of rest and operation based on crews and facilities. An example, an augmented crew on a 767 at FedEx with just an extra JS can operate 12 hours. Even more if you add 1 more member.
I am throwing a flag on this one. There will be some sort of rest seat/bunk. Otherwise no go.
