Full glass, more automated & improved systems, LED lighting, composite parts to reduce weight which will allow for more payload, bigger Engines (around 2300+ shaft), an airframe plug to help increase baggage loads and PAX loads around 40-50, with cruise speeds around 40 KTAS faster (puts it around 345 True) and finally hydraulic FLT Controls and real yaw dampers. Now that’s a bird SKW would buy seeing that it shouldn’t require a different type which will assist in keeping total cost low.

Embraer already has this. Change the shaft part to turbofan and guess what you get.
