We are giving up quite a bit of leverage, and they didn’t give us a raise out of the goodness of their hearts. I understand the NC’s position, but we have leverage and squandered it for a contract that’s in line with old legacy contracts.
Not sure about your reading comprehension here. I really thought I said the rates for our TA should have been way higher.....
