AS year 5 pay FO

Flew 800hrs during 2022, very low QOL during winter and I try and work less during summer. The only way to get time off during summer is forced drops using a buddy system and vacation time if you can hold it. 55 hours of very creative sick time use.


28K DC 401K
215K not including per diem
5K per diem. I try and enjoy life on the road so this doesn't count toward much in my situation.
215K includes 22K retro pay

I did not pick up premium during contract talks but did after. Although it was generally hard to get. Our payroll system is super convoluted so it is very difficult to tell how many hours I was paid for in 2022. Currently missing at least 34 hours of pay from my January paycheck because our scheduling software does not automatically add pay for things like delay, PTD, cancelation etc. A lot of my coworkers are in this situation.

Gotta be honest I'm not very happy with the current situation.
