Please don't ever **** on the TSA pilots who were robbed of their union rights when Gojet ran around their labor agreement that was signed by all of TSA ownership and management. You must not be aware of what happened with Gojets original start up. Upper management at TSA coerced several pilots and middle management to break ranks with the TSA labor agreement and start up Gojet. Originally there was no union when Gojet was started, and they could deal one on one with these individuals behind closed doors to bribe them as necessary to get them to do their dirty work. Eventually the union that was put in place was not ALPA and was headed by the same individuals who broke ranks with the ALPA agreement TSA had. This was all done because TSA pilots would not agree to a substandard pay scale for 70 seat jets that TSA wanted to fly. Back then MESA was the lowest scale, and the rational given was that TSA had to compete with them at this scale. The TSA pilots countered with asking for industry average pay scales (not leading). The TSA labor agreement clearly stated this was an illegal action, no other airline was permitted to fly under this contract. This was a contract with TSA not TSH as we see today. They found a loophole in the agreement and jumped through it. TSA management got a judge to agree that with TSH now in effect the labor agreement with TSA was no longer applicable as far as alter ego start-ups. The owner of TSH does not think in terms of fair treatment and labor agreements with his employees. Although he may have mellowed a bit due to his age, his basic DNA has not changed and his fundamental thinking of disregarding a labor agreement should NEVER be forgotten. This is the raw protection that airline employees have from criminal owners who do not care about their employees. You clearly do not understand this basic and fundamental part of airline labor relationships with management. What you are saying is like if someone broke into my house and shot me but did not kill me several years ago. Simply because this happened in the past it should be disregarded and forgotten. The individual who committed the crime should have been convicted and jailed for their crime. After they serve their sentence, they may be released to make an attempt to live in society by the rules and laws which govern a civil society. Gojet was neither convicted nor served time for their crime against TSA. They simply ignored TSA and ran Gojet as a second airline. Keep in mind the money that TSA made for the owner was used to buffer and start up Gojet so they through salt in the wound as well. You are not informed about the past history of Gojet. Please do not to cover up the past behavior of Gojet. The owner and COO are still running Gojet today and they were the same team who ran TSA. I do not have the numbers how many pilots remain or if any of the corrupt management remain, but this does not change the history of the airline. Long gone and forgotten is exactly what they have tried to promote over the years to create a new face for the airline today. So, when you say this, you are following the Gojet rational of how to cover up this crime. One last thing, the behavior of Gojet management to reuse to pay their employees an average pay scale over the years has continued to have the same stench of the original TSA management. That is what started this whole criminal mess. They are driven by only one thing and that is to survive and make money. Not a crime in itself but how you obtain those profits is the story of Gojet over the years. They have recently announced new pay scales so they can compete for employees in the industry. Only after facing extinction, did they decide to give up a part of their profits so they could continue to survive and make money. Make no mistake, Gojet is and always will be a scab airline

For the love of God, use a paragraph break, man. I'm certain you make excellent points in your post but it's damned near unreadable.
