It isnt the easiest running paragraph to read. However, I'm sure he/she was firing on all cylinders when typing it out.
If you weren't around the industry during the initial founding of gojet -- and more importantly, the total screw job pulled on TSA pilots -- then you wouldn't understand how emotional the TSA guys and gals still feel on the subject of gojet.
