Actually I stated the opposite. I support FMLA with a need. No problem. And if it means I go out on reserve and cover your crappy trip while you care for a family member or yourself, I’ll gladly do so. But there is no need that prevents you from working for straight time and when double time is on the table the need for leave suddenly disappears.
