I fully support the 1st Amendment. Never been a question. This isn't about that even a little. FMLA isn't your purview and it isn't your responsibility or right to determine if it's used incorrectly. You don't get to question how anyone uses it. You don't have a right to even ask. This is between her, management and her designated union rep. You don't get a vote or even an explanation.
