1) I'd still go to United tomorrow. It's about establishing seniority, QOL, and career progression. It's also about which legacy has the best prospects for the next 30 years...

2) Mainline pay rates are lower... $213.75 / hr CA at the Eagle carriers. Starts at $174.97 CRJ CA @ UAL with top of scale at $190.
