Yes we did, we Vote for the leadership team and they build their team. If the majority of the pilots at any point do not like the the way things are going, they can recall the Exco and a new team would be built.

2)We’ve never seen their resumes, nor do any of them have relevant experience that any of us can point to.
Thats for the Exco to do its why they are elected.
3)We lack an effective/experienced legal team with airline CBA experience.
How do you know this, we have Retained attorneys and access to experience at National if we need.
4)We haven’t dipped into the assessment fund that was supposed to be used for negotiations.
If its not needed now why use it, Long ways to go and a lot more battles to fit. Its good to have the money available when needed.
5)Things have become too personal on both sides.
It always gets personal its our lively hoods. I do not see any evidence that the NGC as taken it personal.

To the best of my knowledge, the company and the union agreed to not Neg in public. The company sending out a offer summary to the pilots, directly violates this. This is for sure the company trying to directly neg with pilots, and play on individuals emotions to weaken the unions collective power.

We need a closer with the proper experience, it’s time to send in someone to break the stalemate and get things done.
The company wants us to get emotional and fight against one another.
