We need a closer with the proper experience, it’s time to send in someone to break the stalemate and get things done.
1) Yes we did, the Eboard was elected over a year ago for a 5 year term
2) you had an opertunity to look at thier resumes and profiles during the election
3) RH is in with our team and we will be going into mediated negotiations
4) we have dipped into the assessment, but not a lot, but negotiations still have a year or two to go
5) no one is making this personal unless you count personalized mailers made to trigger spouses
