I think we need fresh eyes at the negotiating table, I see several issues with the current committee outside of the current impasse.
1)The pilots never elected or selected them.
2)We’ve never seen their resumes, nor do any of them have relevant experience that any of us can point to.
3)We lack an effective/experienced legal team with airline CBA experience.
4)We haven’t dipped into the assessment fund that was supposed to be used for negotiations.
5)Things have become too personal on both sides.
We need a closer with the proper experience, it’s time to send in someone to break the stalemate and get things done.
1) Yes we did, the Eboard was elected over a year ago for a 5 year term
2) you had an opertunity to look at thier resumes and profiles during the election
3) RH is in with our team and we will be going into mediated negotiations
4) we have dipped into the assessment, but not a lot, but negotiations still have a year or two to go
5) no one is making this personal unless you count personalized mailers made to trigger spouses
