I always love the canned response "Well if you don't like it recall the EXCO". Because you know that's hard to do and you can hide behind it.

You don't need to recall the EXCO to change committee members, but it's always an option if the EXCO doesn't respond to the demands of the pilot group. And I agree that the time has come for Andrew to stop putting his buddies and key supporters in these key positions, despite them being massively unqualified to hold them. Andrew needs to open it up to applications from the pilot group and select those with the experience to get it done.

The current makeup of the NC is just more of his crony politics. He runs it like a mob boss or a Chicago mayor. Which is why the allegiant pilots are where they are right now.
