Do you think it’s a good idea to cut your own hair, represent yourself in court, etc? That’s effectively what we’ve been doing and we’re stuck in the mud. Urban was a very poor choice too, why not seek out the same experts that other airlines use? I think we need to change course, open the war chest, and fire the cannons. Until then we are lost at sea.
