To clarify, the hourly rate is lacking, but doesn’t paint the whole picture. The W2s tell a different story. We’re not thaaat far behind. Still, work needs to be done for sure.
So your argument is if pay rates were equal, Spirit pilots would be making more than legacy pilots? Or at the very least, be working less for the same money? That’s an interesting way to look at it, but I’m not quite sure it’s factual as I’m not sure only Spirit has the best “hidden W2 booster” ways to make money.
