Honestly a big chunk of the pilot group has been tuned out; drive to the airport 7 hours later in your car driving home. I think some are starting to wake up. A lot of pilots here probably, until very recently, couldn’t tell you much if anything about industry standard contracts, hiring & progression at legacies, and the kind of schedules & QOL available.
some of the CA I fly with now don’t know what industry standard is even after throwing the unions pdf compare document in their face with bright orange squares showing Allegiant’s deficiencies.
