After that year is up you will have to wait for another AE to be published (could be quick, could be 6 months
After that AE is awarded the company has at least 210 (sometimes 365) days to train you*
The remainder of your seatlock (at time of AE award) will be added to your new seatlock.
*the AIP has changed to training language which I believe changes the length of time to train you.
