That's misleading info. The most junior line holder with trips on their schedule for the month of January is seniority #8269 with a hire date of 2001. The pilots you are referencing are coded as "line holders" but their months are entirely blocked out for training or some type of leave. The most junior pilot at the company, with a retirement date of 2062, would be a Line Holder according to your logic. 3XP codes him as a "LH" even though he is on leave for the entire month.
