That’s why I referenced it. It’s much more realistic for the future pilots. “New hires” directly follow 3rd listers.
I think the big question is whether or not we will still have a ORD 787 base in 9 years? Have they announced any new routes for the summer or fall? It looks like they are down to just one destination (LHR).
