The company should be using the profits, that we help make for them, and be reinvesting in its pilots 100% and NOT rewarding shareholders first, for doing what? I'm not looking to get paid for the work I'll do in the future, I demand to get paid for the work and sacrifice I've already given and performed. My family deserves nothing less.
