I am a big fan of unions but we all know that this management we need it. This is a pilot hating management team and without a unified voice we'd be more screwed. Also not.an AR apologist but he and (his) exco are our only hope for an industry standard contract. I would love for MG (or team) to tell me why we don't deserve that. It's simple...give us what everyone else has and let move on. To those telling people to move on, if you are still here ****. If you moved on please tell us how life is.

Finally, and I asked that the exco answer this at the union town hall...let's vote to end the assessment. They union has tons of money we've given them. Give us a 1% pay raise as this drags on. I support the union and the exco but would like to see them say we have enough or justify needing more and put it to a vote.
