Who cares if it’s not industry standard? Is the pension at FedEx industry standard? No. Are they going to give it up because it’s not industry standard? No. STD/LTD at Delta standard? Are they going to concede it? Again… No.
One question. Who flies on Christmas? Whoever that is, drop to zero isn't helping them, but they still get to work for extremely substandard pay.
