Jet Blue's current rates are approximately equal to United and they have a better reserve system. Their new TA/extension places them squarely above United in terms of pay without compromising scope or work rules. If you have one or more recent DUIs and feel trapped at United you might consider Spirit too, to ride the JB merger. If Delta is really your goal, and it's good to have goals, don't discount that Delta hires more pilots from Spirit/JB than United.
