190s will be gone long before NK pilots will fly jetblue metal. And there will be 400+ 320/321s by then and probably 60-100 220s depending on now long it takes to get them and also to merge. So, mathematically, I don’t think you’ll have to worry about flying a 220 if you don’t want to. Especially since it pays only a few bucks an hour less on the FO side than the 320 and plenty of people want to fly it.
