You should have that. I’m at f9 and we can do that as well as drop/swap from front and back end of a group of rdp’s. There are some restrictions to protect res level integrity even though we’re not tied to a res grid. I’m not looking at your contract but from some of the posts it sounds like you don’t have that ability? Also not sure about jb? I’m just adding information because I would like to see your groups end up with a nice agreement. Not just pay-rate wise but fix some of these QOL issues.
