What is a retirement gig for you, is a profession for the overwhelming majority. It’s essential that we speak with one voice to argue for improvements that elevate our current CBA to one that suitably rewards pilots for the responsibility they have been given, and the years of experience and hardship that forged the tools we use to shoulder that responsibility.
