Newbie here trying to gain insight into a/c & base selections...I've learned a/c and base are awarded based on last-4 SSN, highest to lowest. Two questions: 1) any chance DL ever reverses allowing lowest-highest (or DOB like AA) for selection? 2) I have a low last-4 and if given a CJO/class date, likely going to be the plug...if I cannot secure an ATL domicile at Indoc, how low before I could transfer locations?
