I assume you live in the area. I was there off 580 in Dublin a few weeks ago visiting a high school friend and he took me to this local tap n' pour pub start up called 'Thirsty Bay' that shares space with one of the newer apartment buildings there. It was fantastic, I highly recommend it. Diamond in the ruff kind of place, pretty cool concept too.

I'm sure they're probably nice inside, I just don't like the cookie cutter back to back houses with no yards. All of this used to be wide open space and it's been sad watching every inch of green space get developed over the years. This is pretty much what you're limited to buying unless you have a spare 2.5-3m laying around.
