fftpilots.com it says PHL takes 3 months to hold. I’m interpreting that as after 3 months you can receive it, then another 4 months to actually be awarded it.
That includes from day 1 of class. Ground Sim IOE, close to a 3 month footprint pretty much to be out the door. In my class (November) we mostly got assigned LAS starting in March. One month later, most of us got a transfer (we were bidding during ground school and the award came out while we were in Sims). PHX PHL MIA MCO are what I saw (and I think one or two of my class transferred to LAS). Dec bidding effective April, they do it 3 months in advance.
Right now the bidding is for May. Also when DFW opens.
