New Hires, it pains me to read that SWAPA is not more engaged with you guys especially at this critical juncture with our contract.

Change is on the way. Apparently they took one of our pilot’s suggestions on the SWAPA forum (everyone should be at least reading that forum) and there will now be more engagement with NHs. When I get the chance I’ll go ahead and pull that info from there and post it here.

Very happy to hear that at least half are wearing the SWAPA lanyard.
