Adding onto FlyMarine87 comments - I am no longer in possession of my NATOPS jacket (lost them during one of the Houston area floods). What is the procedure if I cannot provide the NATOPS Evaluation Report or the Group Flight Summary documents? Has anyone had this issue of not being able to produce the requested documents and what did you do to overcome this?

So I had my interview back on Nov 10th and got the CJO! I emailed them in advance and just explained my situation. They were super workable with everything I had and it was no issue at all. Just be in communication with them and it should be no issue.
