What we are agreeing to if it goes full course is a stoppage of work and pay for people that have families they need to provide for. Nothing about this SAV is a good thing. It should be discussed with a somber tone as a necessary evil. Not an announcement of a big party. Way too many people excited.

I will vote yes on the SAV because I want a new contract asap and understand this needs to happen. I would decide to hold an SAV as well if I was in charge. Doesn’t mean I’m happy about it.
Alaska and Delta both did it with over 90% yes and got a TA. You say you want a contract then SAV is the next step, unless you want to wait 3 more years for one.... all the time making less than every other airline.
