Frontier's biggest short coming presently is a lack of leadership. I see a semi weekly state of the union video from BB and a video telling you the proper way to land by BL aren’t cutting it.
You make a fair point and I tend to agree that if we had happier employees we would be dominating but that’s tough to quantify and tough to prove. Generally though I look at financial results to determine whether new leadership is needed. Looking forward to Feb 8th.
