The contract is not on the table yet because the pilot group continues to do a “good job” and the operation continues to run smoothly. When it doesn’t it’s not because of the pilots.
Until the “Warrior Spirit” runs itself dry or the RLA process plays itself out, we’re not getting a contract (much less a good one) just out of the goodness of the company’s heart.
