Plug = most junior person in a class.

WB will be significantly more commutable than any NB. As you alluded to you will be very junior on the WB so working most/every weekend and holiday. Although if you end up with a line you'll generally be able to get at least one weekend off a month, if not more just depending on how the trips work out on your schedule.

Current WB pilots would have a better gauge of how GS opportunities are.
