Not making any excuses for that mess of a contract but when it came out, the bar for what was “industry leading” was mostly theoretical. With Delta’s negotiations progressing toward completion, one can no longer just slap that claim on anything. The industry standard has already passed us, so unless we’re going to exceed Delta, we can’t pretend to be “leading”.
